Need Insteon activaded siren

A siren would be great.
A voice announcer that can be set to announce certain things when certain events are triggered would be better.

This is how I do it: I have a 12V siren that I connected to a 120V to 12V adapter. Then I plug the adapter to a lamplinc. I can turn on/off the lamplinc and it would turn on/off the 12V siren either using my iphone hub app or houselinc. I also use another lamplinc as a "away" or "home" mode. When I leave the house, I press the "On" button on the lamplinc. If any of my open/close sensor is activated, houselinc will turn on the 12V siren lamplinc if the status of the other lamplinc is "On" and at the same time text me. When I get a text, I can display the status of the 12V siren lamplinc and turn it off. I then look at all my cameras to find out what triggered the siren.

Using a Lamplinc to drive a power supply can lead to problems sometimes.
Even at 100% On the AC waveform is modified.
Some combinations can lead to failures.
