    Safety - what if?

If I install monitor and open close sensors and cameras, what if from outside someone cuts the power supply?
or what if it is the internet connection to be cut?
    thanks

Without power, nothing works unless it's battery powered or on a UPS. Internet affects only internet access to devices. If they're line powered, they'll continue to work locally.

If your goal is security you are best served buying and installing hardware that is designed, certified, and proven to operate in such use cases. Insteon is not intended or recommended for true security when life and safety is the goal.

You can certainly add Insteon as a layer to an existing security alarm system to allow HA elements to be present. But never mistaken the two as they are not remotely in the same category or industry.

Key elements of most security devices are tamper, heart beat, 2 way communications, encrypted communications, battery back up, POST start up and check, temperature self calibration, in range / signal strength, etc.

None of these elements are done the same way as its done in certified security hardware. The most important element is a properly designed, installed, and deployed security alarm system is monitored by a certified CS. You will never see Insteon in its current iteration allowed to be monitored by a certified CS because it doesn't even meet the most basic elements of UL / cUL security.

So for power one can use batteries as back up. There are no means with Esteon to be notified or see the cameras if Internet goes down?

On-site devices and cameras will continue to function if you lose an internet connection. But you will not have off-site access.

Any kind of warning notification if something wrong like internet down?

None that I'm aware of. The only test is to try connecting.

Outside of looking at the hub led indicator directly, there are no alerts at all. As stated by others earlier, the hub wasn't designed for that and while it may work, you may find that it's better to use the right equipment for the job.

Any reliable make which supplies smart devices (possibly HomeKit and ifttt)?

HomeKit is hardware that requires Apple compatible devices such as most Insteon products. IFTTT is a web service that's also compatible with the Insteon Hub Pro. The Insteon Hub Pro is HomeKit compatible.
