    Switches Linked

I have always had three switches linked together so that one is a controller and the other two are responders. The controller was at the top of the stairs and the two responders were in the basement. That allowed me to use the basement ones independently. Recently this stopped working and the two responders in the basement became linked to one another. Strangest thing is that when you turn one on it turns the other one on at (or dims to) 80% and vice versa!

I deleted the group, no luck. I deleted the switches and readded them, no luck. I really wish you could have a simple table that shows linkages between devices that could be edited outside the (crappy) app.

What do I do next? Thanks.

Using Insteon for Hub on Android. The switches are all 2477D, dual band bought in the last 2 years.

Worked after the factory reset - thanks for the tip. Guess I'll aim to do that first when I hit a weird one in the future. Wish troubleshooting was more intuitive but hey it works...
