Insteon device for small fireplace blower

I have a prefab fireplace with a small squirrel cage blower that only has an on/off switch. Is there an Insteon device which will allow me to control blower speed?

Describe the switch and the wiring there which will most likely be low voltage wiring if the switch is a wall switch?

What are the three settings? How are they controlled? Which specific blower?
