Keypad unresposive to key press

Have been using this switch for years..
All of a sudden all button LEDs are lit and none of the buttons respond to being pressed - appears to be 'locked up'
Any suggestions?

Have you tried a power reset?
Pull the Set Button out to open the Air Gap switch. Wait ten seconds them push it back into its normal position. If you go all the way in you wold do a Factory Reset.
Another way is Cycle it Off with the breaker. Then power it back On after ten seconds..

If a power glitch scrambled it. The power cycle should reset it.

Switched off power at the breaker (and back on) - LEDs went off - now totally unresponsive.....

Appears the the KPL is at end-of-life. You may want to recheck the connections to ensure that they haven't loosed. That's a no cost solution if it works. Is/was the KPL dual-band? I'm guessing that it's more than two years old, so no warranty.
