Anyone having issues with insteon going offline according to amazon echo?

hello,
i have all my insteon devices connected to my amazon echo account. Once a week, they all go offline. (according to the amazon echo app)
the only way to recover , is via the amazon echo app-->smarthome and disable the insteon.
then I re-add insteon as a skill and then rediscover all the devices again. Then they appear online again.

Is anyone else seeing this issue. i am not sure if it is an amazon issue or insteon issue.
