i think I have issues with dogs pooping in my yard, neighbor getting in my mail, and using my garbage can. I have a smart home insteon and some cams and just ordered a open close. Sensor. Going to put the open close in the garbage lid. I need ideas that I can use to catch all this and either catch on camera or scare the shit out of the person or thing when they are into my stuff. Ready go!

If you record your neighbor getting into your mail, report him/her. Action definitely will be taken. It's a Federal offense.
