Alert sent to my phone is off by two hours. I know this is a bug because the alerts generated from server in California. Have they found the solution for this yet? anybody know workaround for this? I've been trying to call support but waited for about 40 minutes and got hang up. Every time i call them usually take about 30mins -an hour. Worse i ever seen....
