I have received purchased Insteon Hub product (EU version) and tried to install it. You claim everywhere your system is compatible with legacy X10 devices. I have installed Insteon for Hub applications for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 and when I tried to add X10 devices (which I have throughout my house) I found out they are not supported! I would say I’m really disappointed because I decided to buy your product just because you claim you support X10 protocol as well.
Please, be so kind, and answer my following questions:
1) When will be X10 devices supported by Insteon for Hub application…?
2) Are you going to support Xanura X10 devices with enhanced X10 protocol set and supported status request functions…?
