New commands with Hub PLM firmware A3?

this is a developer question. Trying to register an open/close module

I am transmitting the following command and getting the following response. 02 5C is an unknown plm command to me and the insteon documentation.

    TX: 02 62 36 E5 CC 0F 10 00 (Insteon ID Broadcast)

    RX: 02 5C 36 E5 CC 30 1E 73 23 10 (???)

Can anyone shed any light on the response? what is the 02 5C PLM command

I get this response when I send to a device ID that does not exist. I notice that the response is a DirectAck and that hopsLeft is 0.
It has the same format as a 0x50 INSTEON Standard Message Received.

That makes a lot of sense in my case. Turns out the user didn't put the open/close sensor into linking mode before trying to register it. thanks for the reply
