3-way switch using 2477D and 2477S

I currently have a 3-way switch (two 2477S on/off switches), one on either side of my kitchen, to turn the lights on and off. I decided I would like to be able to dim the lights occasionally. Could I replace one of the switches with a 2477D (dimmer), or are two dimmers required? It would be ideal to replace only one of the switches if possible.

In addition to what Tfitzpatri8 said, I would recommend having both be dimmers. That way you avoid the relay sound when the on/off switch changes state. The lights on both switches match as well.
