2472DWH dimable OutletLinc - turns self on

Yesterday, I installed a new “2472DWH OutletLinc Dimmer” and am having problems with it.
Although I can operate it manually, the unit turns itself on at random periods. If I switch it off, the light will turn back on anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes later.
Of course I have checked and confirmed there is no scheduled events for the unit.
Has anyone else experienced this?

What is the load? Does the load switch back on when you manually turn it off, remotely turn it off, or both?
