Motion sensor with dimmer - off while occupied

Is it possible to use a motion sensor connected to a dimmer switch in the following scenario - motion sensor operates normally, but if the switch is turned off manually then the lights stay off until the switch is turned on manually again. For instance, for use in a bedroom so that I can have the lights off while sleeping. If ao, what else is needed? Hub? ISY? Software?

The Hub doesn't have conditional ability. You can accomplish what you want with an ISY or virtually all Insteon compatible software.
