Current system includes a HydroFLASH controller connected to an INSTEON 2413S Serial Interface, INSTEON 74551 Garage Door Control and Status Kit, and an Insteon 2466SW ToggleLinc. All of which seem to work fine.

I can't seem to get a new INSTEON 2634-222 to work remotely. The manual button on the device works fine in controlling power to the outlet. HydroFLASH's web based user interface will generally show the device as turned on, regardless of the device actual status. Turning on and off via the user interface does not seem to affect the device. I have verified the device code is entered correctly in the controller, and tried using it at outlets where I have successfully tested other devices.

Is there anything I can try before sending it back?
