Serialinc RS232 help

Hi All,

I am hoping someone might be able to assist with a serialinc issue I am having. Basically what I am trying to accomplish is to be able to control some AV equipment via 232 from an Insteon mini remote (so send signal from Insteon to RS232). I have read all the documentation for the Serialinc and downloaded the sample CSV file to ensure correct formatting, but I am still having issues.

Here is what my CSV file looks like:

I know that the HEX in this CSV file is correct and the RS232 device responds correctly when the command is sent directly from my computer, however when I upload this CSV file to the Serialinc and test the output using DockLight to monitor 232 traffic, the HEX code being generated by Serialinc is completely different than what is in the CSV file.

Where am I going wrong? Hopefully I'm not speaking a foreign language, and someone can assist. Let me know if I need to explain it better.

I guess I'll just file this under "no one has any idea what I'm talking about" or "products insteon made but doesn't support".

Smarthome rarely answers questions here. As this is a User to User style forum.
If another member has done what you want to do or has information on coding. I hope they can provide it for you.
I have seen some SerialLinc message threads in the Smarthome forums. Have you tried there?
