Connection failed: P2P - Timeout

I have an Insteon camera with the hub. I can turn on/off lights from wherever. While at home or away, etc. But with the camera, when not on my home network, I get an error that says "Connection failed: P2P - Timeout". What can I do to fix this?

Which camera? Did you follow the instructions for remote access?
