I have the IP camera 2264 working just fine with Internet explorer on a windows 7 machine. It won't connect to Houselinc via my USB modem on windows 7. IP DDRESS http://192.168.2.113:3400/snapshot.cgi and I get a unable to connect to remote server error. What up? My PC is windows 7 and the insteon app only works with windows 8 and above....Thanks for your response.... Bruce

HouseLinc is legacy software that was discontinued a few years ago. Some newer Insteon devices are supported, but the Insteon camera is not an Insteon device other than the brand name.Message from Forum Admin: stusviews passed away in April 2018. Stu was a huge fan of Insteon and a huge presence on both the Smarthome and Insteon forums, helping thousands of us along the way (he had nearly 20,000 posts to his name). We thank him for his contributions, dedication, and passion for making the Smart Home a reality. He will truly be missed.
