Problem with remote connection to camera

I have an insteon hub with 2 ip cameras connected (garage and kitchen), 1 light switch (and 2 outdoor cameras which stopped working all together). When im at home an my wifi, i can access both indoor ip cameras and the light switch with no issues. Once i leave, i can not get a video feed from the kitchen camera. Both light switch and garage camera work flawlessly. Im using a Samsung S7 with the insteon app ver 1.9.8 (236). Both cameras are insteon indoor IP, but i dont have exact model number at the moment.

I can access the settings for all cameras through the insteon hub app when Im off my network. When i try to connect to the kitchen camera i get a p2p timeout failure. Not sure what to look for to fix the issue.

Looking at the camera settings, the only thing that doesnt make sense to me (and im no expert but i have stayed at a holiday inn express) is that the camera that works the P2P Port is 0, and the camera that isnt connecting the P2P port is 59883

Hub is a 2014, camera model is 2864226 so im assuming that port forwarding is not required?

There is no 2014 Hub. The year you bought it does not define which Hub it is.

Model number should be on a label.
I suspect 2245-222 for awhile some literature also called it the (2014) HUB.
