I can access the device from my internal network via IP address. It returns pings. I can get into it via an internet browser from my internal network by IPaddress and port number. I can also get into the hub from the outside because I have a port forwarding enabled to the hub. It gives me this result in both cases.

I have full internet access from my house. I can log in to connect.insteon.com, but I get no display. Just a "favorites" screen.
I have rebooted it several times, tried different ports, and verified the IP address.
