Hub 2 2245-222 Red LED solid. Stopped working a few days ago.

I can access the device from my internal network via IP address. It returns pings. I can get into it via an internet browser from my internal network by IPaddress and port number. I can also get into the hub from the outside because I have a port forwarding enabled to the hub. It gives me this result in both cases.

    INSTEON HUB2 Details
    Hub2-V04-20140904
    PLM Version:9E
    Firmware:1009 Build Jan 4 2016 15:30:35
    Insteon ID:31.1D.52

If I run the diagnostics, test 5 and 6 fail. (double beeps).
    • Test 1: Insteon Hub Modem active
    • Test 2: Internet Time Server reachable
    • Test 3: Hub has a valid IP address
    • Test 4: Connected to Insteon Servers
    • Test 5: Active remote connection to Insteon Servers
    • Test 6: Successful remote connection to Insteon Servers at power-up

I have full internet access from my house. I can log in to connect.insteon.com, but I get no display. Just a "favorites" screen.

I have rebooted it several times, tried different ports, and verified the IP address.

    What next?

    Thank you.

Never mind. Insteon called back. It's a server issue on their end. Should be fixed in 1-3 hours. Possibly overnight. They said if it's not back up by tomorrow morning to power cycle the hub.
