No "Add Insteon" button with Insteon+ and iOS9

It only has the Help button now,

It works now. Reset HomKit data and did a factory reset on the Hub. Now I get to start over...

Good luck. I gave up on Insteon+ and the 'pro' hub after a couple weeks of needless (and useless) frustration.

I know this thread is old, but I simply cannot add any devices to the application. The Add Device button is NOT there, I've reset, uninstalled, reinstalled, reset and pushed every button on every device. NONE show up. None. Zero. The user guide for the app is worse than useless because the screens don't match what is in the guide. So, can anybody tell me how to add a device to this app?
