Second camera can't be viewed off home network

I have an Insteon Hub set up in my home. For a couple of months I had one Insteon camera and two Insteon outlet switches attached to my Hub. I could successfully connect to all three devices remotely from my mobile phone.

I wanted to get a second camera and connect it to my hub. I followed all the same steps to set it up, and thought it was working, as I can view it on my mobile phone when I am in my home, connected to my home WiFi, which all the Insteon devices connect to.

However, when I am outside of my home, my mobile device, and tablet device, can NOT connect to this second camera. All three initial devices still work just fine, however I get a "hub connection" error when I try to view the second camera. This is only happening when I am connected to any other network other than my home network.

Do you have any solutions or suggestions?

Which camera? Do you forward a different port for the second camera?

Just the standard Insteon camera 75790 WiFi Camera (Black). I didn't change anything from the setup of the first camera, which is the same camera.

Each camera needs to be assigned a different port for WAN access.

I don't know that there is a limit. I have six.
