Hello I am using smart launch, and i am trying to get it to remotely control the power on off devices. However I do not know how to set it up. TBH the smart launch support/faqs/ stuff for setting this up has been less than helpful. Any help getting this working would be wonderful.

Smartlaunch is cafe management software. Which particular on/off devices do you want to control.Message from Forum Admin: stusviews passed away in April 2018. The Smart Launch web site has no information on it for what Automation Protocol or interfaces it can access; or if it can even do such things.
Do you know if it can even do Automation controls and what protocols it supports?
