House linc will not detect hub.

Whenever I start houselinc and it tries to find the hub it will not find it. Not sure why it's not finding the hub and the devices. And there is a problem within the Windows 10 lnteon app it will not show all of the devices. They show up within the android app though. I don't know if it's a router issue or not.

Not sure if this is related to your problem but the HL2 software only works with the older rectangle HUB v1 / v2 and not the newer square HUB II.

Thank you for replying and yes that absolutely answers that question. I have the current generation square box.Now I just have to figure out why the Windows 10 app is not showing all of the devices I have installed.

Figured out why they were not showing up in the Windows 10 app. They weren't added to my favorites so I had to add them manually I thought they were added automatically when you install a new device.
