    Security patch

    Do we have a security patch for the encryption vulnerabilities in the hub2 ?

    This is a user-to-user forum. Are you asking if a user has a patch or are you asking the developer of the app. If the latter, then the Hub has a place for feedback.

        That depends on how concerned you are that someone would actually want to hack into your Insteon network ;)

          The encryption vulnerability for login's would be on the server side as well as pushed automatically to the hub one done. The user would not need to do anything.

          In regards to device communication, that is built into insteon devices so no fix is available until the protocol is updated. With that said, that's been around from the start. As of yet, not once has anyone been able to exploit that for a variety of reasons
