    Cannot see images

    We recently purchased an Outdoor HD Camera and am trying to go through the setup and were able to get the IP tool on laptop but cannot get any images from the camera and it is plugged into router as I am typing this. I have called the geek squad at Best Buy as this is where we bought our router and they say it is a software issue and I have called out internet carrier and they also say it is a software issue. I called Insteon this morning and they said I need to change from 5 GHz to 2.4 GHz which I did but this doesnt seem to be the issue. I am at wits end and dont know what else to do. Any ideas??

    The current version of the Windows app does not support the HD camera.
