120-277v dimmers for COB 7 watts/G5.3 dimmable led lights

What are the 120-277v Insteon dimmers that are most compatible for controlling COB (Circuit on board) 7 watts/G5.3 dimmable led lights just like the ones shown in the attached pictures that accept 220-240v 50/60Hz as power input and not low voltage and what dimmer capacity is good enough to control a load of 20 to 30 of these led lights ?

It would be best to find all of the bulbs in questions specifications. Not all LED bulbs are designed for dimmers.

Many dimmable LED bulbs have a repetitive peak and inrush current. That may have to be taken into consideration.
Like I have a Lighting Science Group dimmable LED. That they say use an 80 watt value when adding up loads on a dimmer. Even though the bulb used 8.5 watts. To take into account the repetitive and inrush currents on the dimmers output.
If you are going to use 20 to 30 of them all on one dimmer. It maybe a issue.
